Edmund “Chip” Poli III - President/CEO & Founder

Chip has 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and has been consistently ranked in the top 1% of mortgage originators in the country. His expertise is broad-based, with a strong foundation in real estate sales, extensive experience in recruitment and management of highly successful brokers and sales teams, and exemplary leadership abilities which have enabled him to quickly achieve phenomenal success at Poli Mortgage Group, Inc.

Committed to providing financial services that were second to none in the mortgage industry, Chip and his brother, Chris, founded Poli Mortgage Group, Inc. in 2001.From the beginning, Chip’s vision of success for the company hinged on his ability to put together a team of adept and knowledgeable professionals, who would work cohesively, take great pride in their efforts, exemplify honesty and trustworthiness, and go the extra mile for their clients. In a few short years, the company has grown to encompass a dedicated staff of over 60 people, with more than $1 billion in loans written annually.

Christopher Poli - Vice President & Co-Founder

Chris has over 16 years of experience in real estate lending, and his high-energy, results-driven approach has been fundamental to the growth and success of Poli Mortgage Group. In addition to his administrative duties as Vice-President, Chris also oversees the sales team at Poli Mortgage Group, and assists in the training of all new hires. With strong negotiation skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales and client service, he leads by example and has created highly motivated, self-managing teams that offer clients the very best service in the industry.

Jim Schmidt - Sales Manager

Jim has extensive management, loan origination, business development, and marketing experience that spans more than two decades and encompasses a variety of professional settings. Jim joined Poli Mortgage Group in 2001 as a loan originator. He chose to leave behind a very successful career in the corporate environment for an opportunity to challenge himself with a career that was 100% dependent upon his motivation and abilities. In 2004, he became Sales Manager, in addition to his position as a loan originator. In this capacity, he enjoys working closely with the other departments, strategizing for future growth, driving the company forward, and coaching others - helping them to achieve success and reach their professional goals.

Galina Kirpichov - Operations Manager

Galina has more than 17 years of experience in the industry, in-depth knowledge of every facet of the lending process, and a great appreciation for the Poli Mortgage Group philosophy of striving to exceed expectations.  She has served as Underwriting Manager since 2001. Galina is directly responsible for monthly closing/funding of loans totaling up to $100M, maintenance and administration of the Loan Origination System (LOS) for the Local Area Network (LAN), and the creation of internal file flow and various processing and underwriting support systems. In addition, she trains, supervises, and mentors all processing and underwriting personnel.
