What is the Community First Program?

The Community First program was created to give back to those who serve and protect their communities. This program allows us to show appreciation to an amazing group of individuals. Community First is a benefit program designed to provide money saving discounts on mortgage transactions to members of the military, police, fire fighters, educators and school system employees, first responders, as well as medical industry personnel.

In addition to Poli’s competitive mortgage rates, this program allows us to provide further discounted services to qualifying home borrower loans.

How Does it Work?

If you work in one of the qualifying sectors, then you can sign up for our Community First program to receive discount mortgage loan credits at no cost to you.

How You Benefit

Once you’re enrolled in the program, 100% of discount credits go to the home borrower.

Borrower Eligibility Requirements

Loan is subject to standard underwriting guidelines and procedures. Example of documentation that will be needed includes (but is not limited to): W-2s, Paystubs, Asset Statements, Checking and Savings, or retirement statement.

Eligible Mortgage Purpose

Purchase mortgages eligible for full credit. Refinances eligible for credit from Poli Mortgage Group only.

Eligible Mortgage Property Type

Single Family, 2-4 units and condominiums that are primary or second homes. Investment properties not eligible.
