They provided different ways to save on costs compared to other mortgage lenders who had add-on fees for things that are required no matter who you choose so helping to save costs was appreciated. I’ll spare the details but bottom line is the process was very smooth working with them.Tip: Just be proactive in asking what else is needed and start preparing docs, etc so there’s no delay on your end. As long as you have all the documents stored and readily available to upload, it should be fairly simple.I would recommend them and go through the home buying process again.
